Monique Carrabba--Realtor

When Monique, a Los Angeles native, was a child, she would always go with her mother to look at open houses all over the city of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. It became their regular routine and continued through her adolescence. Because of this early and constant exposure to the Southern California real estate market, Monique has unique knowledge and insight regarding the state of Los Angeles real estate, both from a pricing standpoint and from simply knowing where dozens of neighborhoods are and knowing their history for the last 20 years. After working in the Human Resources field, she decided to make the leap several years ago to do what is her passion--helping people buy and sell real estate! She is a member of the following rofessional organizations: Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association (BHGLAAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), Certified Pre-foreclosure Specialist (PSC), and is a certified EcoBroker, which demonstrates her intense concern for the environment and the drive to make houses in the US more green and enviro-friendly. She is also the Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors Green Committee.

Joe Carrabba--Realtor, Broker, Attorney

Joe is the most recent addition to THE CARRABBA GROUP. After getting his law degree from Southwestern University and practicing law for a time, Joe worked in the entertainment industry for several years in areas such as talent management, development and contract drafting and negotiating. However, a strong desire to be more entrepreneurial (and also to work with his wife!), Joe decided to make the jump to real estate. He is licensed to practice law in California, a licensed broker in California and is also a licensed agent in Texas, where THE CARRABBA GROUP plans to open their next office. He is a member of the following professional organizations: the Malibu Association of Realtors (MAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the State Bar of California. He is also a certified EcoBroker.
